Though, we are traditionally in the consumer goods products, we often accept orders for industrial and custom make products on mutual terms & conditions and arrangements. Our experience for such products includes manufacturing of Plastic Moulded Television Cabinets, ABS Plastic Bobbins for Jelly filled and Optic Fiber Cable manufacturers ranging from 400 to 630 mm diameter, moulded components for Coolers (air-conditioner) and other industrial and consumer products. Furthermore, we are planning to manufacture wide range of Moulded Crates, Blow Moulded and Thermo-ware products in the near future in the new factory coming up very soon.

Our infrastructure

To realize our commitments towards the customers, we have developed a strong infrastructural setup. We use the latest technology for manufacturing process to ensure desired quality of products. For this purpose, we have acquired high production, energy efficient & sophisticated machinery and necessary technological support and installed the same in our production unit. The OEM or Custom made articles are manufactured as per customerâ€™s specification and design, using recommended raw material. With such capabilities, our customers trust us and depend for quality and delivery, etc.

Our manufacturing facility is located at Balasore, in Orissa about 200 Km from the port city of Kolkata, India, in a sprawling area of 40,000 sq. ft. area. The facility is equipped with state-of-the-art microprocessor controlled injection moulding machines with capacity ranging clamping force from 150 to 850 tons and can produce single piece moulding from 50 gm to 5000 gm as per the size requirements. We also own a capacious warehouse to store the range in proper condition. In the near future, we intend to add more such machineries to gain further production capabilities.

Achievement

Our company became prominent in the year 2005 when it had been conferred with the National Award by the Govt. of India for outstanding entrepreneurship. The award was presented by the then Honorable Defense Minister Sri Pranab Mukharjee on 7th October 2006. Another feather was added to our cap when we were honoured once again, this time with National Award for MSME 2009 by the Govt. of India presented by the Honourable Minister of MSME in the presence of The President of India in a function held at Vigyan Bhawan New Delhi on 31st August.
